MANUFACTURING SUPPORT FOR MACHINE SHOPS

Your Backup When Capacity Runs Short.

Got more work than your workshop can handle? Or a job that requires machinery you don't have? You don't have to turn it away straight away. STERGO can help.

Send us the drawing and tell us what you need. We'll review the job and see whether our trusted manufacturing partners in the Czech Republic can help. If we can, we'll coordinate the process from quotation through production and inspection to delivery in the UK.

When Your Workshop Needs Extra Support

Every workshop has limits. STERGO helps you explore external manufacturing options when your own capacity, equipment or schedule cannot accommodate a job.

01

When You're at Full Capacity

Your machines are fully booked and another order comes in. We'll assess the job and see whether a suitable Czech manufacturing partner can provide the extra capacity, so you can consider work you might otherwise have to turn away.

02

When You Don't Have the Right Equipment

A customer requests a component that requires a machine or process you don't have in-house. Send us the drawing and requirements; we'll check whether a suitable partner in our Czech network can manufacture it.

03

When a Deadline Is at Risk

Several orders are competing for the same machines, or a delivery date is becoming difficult to meet. STERGO can explore whether part of the production can be placed with a suitable Czech partner, helping you manage the workload while keeping your customer informed.

HOW STERGO SUPPORTS YOUR WORKSHOP

Extra Manufacturing Capacity, Without Extra Machines

When your workshop is stretched or a job falls outside your in-house capabilities, send us the drawing and requirements. We'll assess whether a suitable manufacturing partner in our Czech network can take it on, then coordinate the job through production, our independent inspection and delivery to the UK.

1

Tell Us About the Job

Send us the technical drawings, required quantities, material specifications and target delivery date. Let us know about any special requirements, tolerances or surface finishes.

2

We Assess the Requirements

We'll review the drawing, specifications and delivery date to see whether a suitable partner in our Czech network can take on the job.

3

Quotation and Production

We'll provide a quotation and estimated lead time. Once you approve the quotation and order details, we'll coordinate production with the selected manufacturing partner.

4

Inspection and Delivery

After production, the manufacturer measures the components as part of its own quality control process. The components are then sent directly to STERGO for our own independent inspection before shipment to the UK.

Why Work With STERGO?

The right manufacturing partner can help you protect customer relationships, respond to more opportunities and expand what your workshop can offer — without committing to additional machinery.

Take On More Opportunities

When a new order exceeds your available capacity, don't turn it away straight away. Send us the drawing and we'll assess whether a suitable Czech manufacturing partner can take on the work.

Extend Your Manufacturing Options

For jobs that require machinery or processes you don't have in-house, we'll check whether a suitable partner in our Czech network has the right capabilities.

No Investment in Additional Machines

Use external manufacturing for suitable jobs instead of purchasing equipment solely to handle extra or occasional demand.

One Point of Contact

You deal with STERGO while we coordinate with the selected manufacturer, carry out our own independent inspection and arrange shipment to the UK.
